VEED

VEED is a browser-based video editor aimed at marketers, social media managers and small teams who need finished clips quickly without learning desktop software. Its timeline covers the essentials (trimming, layering text and images, transitions, music) and much of the value sits in the AI layer: automatic subtitles in many languages, text-based editing that removes filler words and silences, AI voiceovers, an AI avatar presenter, and a script-to-video generator that assembles footage, captions and narration from a prompt.

Subtitle accuracy and the speed of getting a shareable social video are what users praise most. VEED also includes a stock library, brand kit, screen and webcam recording and a set of one-click tools such as background removal and eye-contact correction. Rendering happens in the cloud, so long or high-resolution projects can wait in a queue, and the editor is less precise than a desktop NLE for multi-track work.

The free plan exports at 720p with a watermark and caps video length, so it is really a trial. Paid tiers are per user; Lite is approximately $12 a month billed annually (roughly double month to month) and removes the watermark, while Pro (approximately $29 a month annually) unlocks 4K, longer exports, brand kit and most AI features.
