Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual automation platform where workflows, called scenarios, are drawn as flowcharts of connected modules. Compared with Zapier's linear editor, Make exposes routers, iterators, aggregators, error handlers and data-mapping functions directly on the canvas, which makes complex branching logic easier to build and debug. It connects to more than 2,000 apps, includes HTTP and webhook modules for anything without a native connector, and in 2025 added AI Agents that decide which tools to call at runtime.

Operations teams, agencies and technically inclined marketers use it when Zapier becomes too expensive or too limiting. Pricing is based on credits, where each module action counts as one: the free plan includes 1,000 credits per month with a 15-minute minimum interval and two active scenarios; Core starts at approximately $10.59 per month billed monthly (about $9 annually) for 10,000 operations. Pro and Teams tiers add priority execution, custom variables and shared workspaces. Make is headquartered in the EU and offers EU and US data centers. Expect a steeper learning curve than Zapier, especially around data structures and error handling.
